“Srpska Lista (SL) expects that EU and the entire international community until Friday would exert strong pressure on Pristina, so the latter gives up on legal arrangements on creating the so-called Kosovo army,” member of SL Slavko Simic said, RTV KIM reports.
“If it happens on Friday, it is almost certain it would raise major tensions and Pristina would create a serious political fire, that it would use against the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija, and against Belgrade, and it is also certain if such political fire is created, the region would feel its smoke,” Simic assessed.
Asked about response of Srpska Lista on the possible creation of Kosovo army, Simic responded that “Srpska Lista will file a complaint to the Constitutional Court.”
“If the Constitutional Court would be impartial, professional and if it shows its institutional integrity, it is almost certain this set of laws would be placed out of force, since they violate many constitutional provisions.” Simic added.
