Most news websites are reporting that Kosovo Police special units have raided this morning in Pristina the house of Sabit Geci, a former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army. A police spokesman told Lajmi that following an order from the Basic Court in Pristina, police carried out an operation in several locations, aimed at combating organized crime/extortion. Citing unnamed sources, Indeksonline reports that police were searching for Geci’s son. Three people have reportedly been arrested so far in the police operation.
