The President of Kosovo Hashim Thaci said his participation at Prayer Breakfast in the U.S. was a good opportunity to inform the U.S. officials about the achievements of Kosovo and the efforts to establish sustainable peace in the region.
“The confirmation that all in Washington speak in one voice for Kosovo, no matter what institution or which political grouping, was encouraging.
We are blessed to have the U.S. support for development of the country and to share together the same values and goals.
Even at the Prayer Breakfast, the message that peace, tolerance, faith and humanism are values from which we should not never separate during the transformation of our societies,” Thaci wrote.
