Several news websites cover a reaction by Bilal Sherifi, head of the parliamentary group of NISMA, a partner in the ruling coalition, to the meeting between Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and LDK leader Isa Mustafa on Wednesday evening.
Sherifi raises doubts about the meeting and assumes that Thaci made “some offer” to Mustafa. “I believe the public is curious to know the reasons why Thaci should inform LDK leader Isa Mustafa, about the meeting with U.S. officials, given that according to the media the same officials will meet LDK representatives too,” Sherifi wrote in a Facebook post.
“This would be considered normal if U.S. officials would not have on their agenda a meeting with LDK representatives. In the coming days, we will learn what else Thaci has offered to Mustafa!”
