Avdullah Hoti, caucus of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) said Kosovo’s sovereignty and border are defended by constitutional decisions. “The Prime Minister has delegated the dialogue with Serbia to the President. He has violated the Constitution by not exercising his constitutional obligations.

The President is violating the Constitution every day by engaging, inside and outside of Kosovo, for correction of the borders.

The president of the parliament is only a spectator and deals with campaign in the field using harsh words without any institutional seriousness, while he calls himself chief of the PAN coalition.

In order to cover their failures and non-constitutional engagements, the President, Prime Minister and President of the Parliament, have harshened their accusations against each other. Through this harsh campaign, they are pushing forward their clan or party agendas, by harming Kosovo state.

In order to come out of this situation, we should as soon as possible give a chance to the citizens of the sovereign state of the Republic of Kosovo, with the borders of 17 February 2008, to say their word in free elections,” Hoti wrote.
