Head of the Serbian delegation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Aleksandra Djurović, said that the Serbian party managed to prevent Kosovo delegation to gain the authorization for participation at the sessions of this Assembly.

According to her, Pristina delegation was prevented to propose and sign resolutions at this body of the Council of Europe.

“The delegation faced continuous attempts and efforts of Pristina to obtain other rights which do not belong to them by any document of the Council of Europe,” Djurović said and added that Pristina has never applied for any status at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

 Officials in Pristina continuously stated that they would apply for complete membership of Kosovo at the Council of Europe.
