Trepca statute legally void from international law aspect (Tanjug)

Republic of Serbia in no way must give up on the fight for Trepca mining complex, which from international law aspect is property of Serbia, International Law Professor, Bojan Milisavljevic told Tanjug news agency, adding that Kosovo is not internationally recognized subject, since it is neither a member of the UN nor of UN specialized agencies.

He also noted from the legal aspect, recently adopted Trepca statute must be treated as null and void, since it runs contrary to all international standards that guarantee the right to property.
