Jeremic: If you want to get rid of Kosovo vote for Vucic, Djuric reacts (Danas, TV Most)

Leader of Peoples’ Party (NS) Vuk Jeremic said yesterday that all those who would like to “get rid” of Kosovo and Metohija should vote for Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), Danas daily reports. “(…) Kosovo and Metohija can become an independent state only by a signature of the Serbian hand on the agreement that would enable Pristina’s membership in the UN. We must not allow Vucic to do it,” Jeremic said in Pancevo during the talks with citizens and members of the organizations and parties of the Alliance for Serbia (SzS). He also announced that SzS “would in the next one month or so” make a final decision if it makes sense to participate in the forthcoming parliamentary and local elections in Serbia. Meanwhile, Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director Marko Djuric reacted to Jeremic’s statement saying that “hypocrite Jeremic washes up his conscience by attacking the President Vucic”, TV Most reported. Djuric added it was Jeremic who posed "a catastrophic question" before the International Court of Justice nine years ago, and yesterday on his behalf Hashim Thaci and Ramush Haradinaj celebrated in Pristina “while Albanian press glorified him as a hero who gave them confirmation for self-declared independence.”
