The head of the EU Office in Pristina, Samuel Žbogar, assessed that special court will improve the image of Kosovo.

Žbogar said that special court will remove ‘black clouds over Kosovo ever since the Council of Europe Special Rapporteur Dick Marty’s report on organ trafficking was published’.

He assessed that one of the challenges faced by the Assembly will be the adoption of a law on special court, since the opposition already announced that they will vote against it, whereas it is also possible that some MPs from the ruling parties vote against it, too.
