The Mayor of Štrpce/Shtërpcë Municipality Bratislav Nikolić informed local councilors at the session about the process of adoption of a master plan for investment in the ski resort Brezovica.

Nikolić stressed that ownership over the land is municipal and that all objects on it have temporary licenses or are built without the license. “We’ll take into account all objections and requests of employees of the Inex Ski Center and its owners, and will add them as an input in the final version of a master plan which is due to be finalized in next 180 days,” said Nikolić.

According to Nikolić, the most important thing is that expropriation of privately owned land is prevented and that employment will be carried out following a model of current population percentage ratio in the municipality, where Serbs make 70 per cent.
