In the eve of the next round of Belgrade-Pristina dialogue in Brussels, Serbian Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic stated that Serbia’s positions remains unchanged, that the Serbian side will be constructive but will not recognized unilaterally proclaimed Kosovo’s independence in any way, shape or form.

We expect progress but not at the expense of our national interests, Dacic told the press at the International Fair EXPO 2015 in  Milan. We have so far refused all indirect attempts to promote or define Kosovo’s independence through neutral negotiations, and we will continue to do so, Dacic said and added that he expects pressures to be exerted.
