Mogherini: Text of two agreements finalized (Tanjug)
The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini said early Tuesday after another round of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue that the text of two agreements has been finalised.
In a statement released after a meeting with the Belgrade and Pristina delegations, headed by Prime Ministers Aleksandar Vucic and Isa Mustafa, she said that the text of two agreements was finalised - "on principles of the establishment of the Association/Community of Serb majority municipalities in Kosovo and on the implementation arrangements in the field of telecoms."
"Final political agreement however could not be reached," Mogherini said in the statement, adding that "we will now reflect on future steps."
The EU-facilitated dialogue on normalisation of relations between Belgrade and Pristina started around 9 am on Monday, resuming shortly after 8.30 pm.
The break was due to High Representative Mogherini's other engagements in the afternoon.
The agenda consisted of four major issues - the community of Serb municipalities, telecommunications, energy and the Peace Park in Kosovska Mitrovica.
