On Thursday a verdict for Ivanovic (KIM radio)
Basic Court in Mitrovica on Thursday should pass a judgment to leader of the Civic Initiative SDP Oliver Ivanovic.
Nebojsa Vlajic, Ivanovic's lawyer, told Tanjug that he expects an acquittal, because as he said, the plaintiff has not offered a proof for the allegations.
Vlajic said that at today's hearing will be presented closing arguments for another three Serbs accused and that the judges would have one, two days of deliberations after which on Thursday should be published a verdict.
Oliver Ivanovic is charged with the criminal offense of war crimes against civilians during 1999 and 2000.
The indictment covers and retired colonel of the Ministry of Interior of Serbia Dragoljub Delibasic, lawyer Ilija Vujacic, lawyer Nebojsa Vujacic and Professor Aleksandar Lazovic, who are charged with murder and attempted murder.
