The last round of dialogue good for our interests (media)
The last round of talks between Belgrade and Pristina at the expert level, which was completed early this morning after 19 hours of negotiations, was a good and positive for the interests of Belgrade, says Marko Đurić, the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.
"We fought for the proper and effective implementation of the agreement on the Community of Serbian municipalities, telecommunications and bridge in Mitrovica. We protected our interests and we agreed to continue the talks in the coming period," Đurić told Tanjug in Brussels, immediately after a marathon round of talks of Belgrade and Pristina, which lasted until four hours after midnight. Đurić, stating that the negotiations lasted 19 hours, said that a record was set in length of talks with representatives of the provisional institutions of self-government in Pristina and the European Union, but that they still need more talks.
Đurić Monday and Tuesday led a delegation of Belgrade in the framework of continuing dialogue with Pristina at the expert level.
