Đurić: We are fulfilling obligations (KIM Radio)
Belgrade is fulfilling its obligations deriving from the Brussels dialogue, even those that are not, from the media perspective, particularly attractive or popular, however this is not the case when it comes to Pristina, said Marko Đurić, director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija.
“If one takes a look at pile of obligations that we carried out so far and what is left, and I admit that something has been left to be carried out, and if one looks at a pile of obligations that Pristina was supposed to carry out, which is almost untouched, than one can realize which side is fulfilling obligations, considerably” said Đurić to journalists in Belgrade.
When asked if Pristina is to be blamed more because implementation of the agreements reached in Brussels, according to the UN Secretary-General’s quarterly report, has not considerably progressed, Đurić said that Belgrade’s extended hand was frequently left to hang in the air, which is also seen in the implementation of the agreement.
He went on to say that he regrets that members of the teams participating in the Brussels dialogue have not managed to send any positive message which is needed.
