Đurić: Establish the fate of disappeared (Tanjug)

The Director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Đurić says on the occasion of August 30, the International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances, that he expects that Belgrade and Pristina will make more resolute progress towards Serbian-Albanian reconciliation by establishing the fate of all victims of enforced disappearances.

Reflecting on the incident in the village Mušutište, Suva Reka municipality in Kosovo, director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Đurić, said that such extremism and unhidden hatred toward the Serbs are evidence how inflammatory security situation in Kosovo and Metohija is, and that “our southern province is far away from building multiethnic and democratic society”.

The Director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Đurić, is set to meet in Belgrade today with representatives of Kosovo Serbs from the political and public spheres of life, communicated the Office.

The Office said in a communique that Đurić will acquaint the representatives of Kosovo Serbs with the flow of the Brussels dialogue and carry out consultations with them in relation to the continuation of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.

Đurić: Brsussels to exert pressure on Pristina (RTS, KIM Radio)

The Director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Đurić, claims that Brussels has to exert pressure on Pristina in order to start implementing the agreement on the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities, taking into account that a year has already passed since the agreement was reached. He said to Radio Television Serbia (RTS) that Serbia has fulfilled its part of obligations in regard to this issue.

Đurić in Drenica region today, accompanied by Kosovo Police (Indeksonline)

Marko Đurić, director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo, will visit the Drenica region today, specifically the Devic Monastery in the Skenderaj/Srbica municipality. The news website learns that the Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs has allowed Đurić to stay in Kosovo for two days. A Kosovo Police spokesman confirmed that police will accompany Đurić during his visit.
