"We are guilty for being alive," says president (B92, BETA)
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday that "top Pristina officials" ordered Monday's "beating of (Marko) Djuric."
Speaking at a military range, where he attended an exercise, Vucic noted that he now "doesn't know when and how to negotiate with Pristina officials, who he knows ordered the arrest of the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metojiha."
"I don't know to tell you if we'll continue discussions with Pristina, because I don't know myself how (we'll proceed)," said the president.
But he added that negotiations will be taking place - and that he told international officials "to let a little time pass, then he'll see."
Vucic also said that "everyone should be clear that Pristina is not deciding on everything by itself - instead, that is done by the sponsors of its independence."
When asked by reporters about his conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Vucic said he was bothered by some media who criticized him for it.
"I spoke with everyone and I'm speaking with everyone. There's nobody in Europe who doesn't speak with Putin. Today I'll speak with Erdogan, I also spoke with Federica Mogherini, the same day," he stressed.
