Today all Serbian media reported on yesterday's session of UN Security Council devoted to the situation in Kosovo. Special representative of the Secretary General and head of UN mission in Kosovo Zahir Tanin presented the quarterly report on Kosovo and said that Belgrade and Pristina accused each other for inflammatory rhetoric that resulted in a reduction in trust between the two sides.

He said that there is no alternative to dialogue and that both sides should implement the agreements reached in the Brussles dialogue. Tanin believes that it will take time for the process of normalization of relations to be back on track after the last events. At the beginning of his address, Tanin expressed his condolences to Russia over the recent death of Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin.
