Assembly of Srpska Lista: Goran Rakic became president (Novosti, KosSev)

As announced by Srpska Lista, they will today elect new leadership and parties bodies, Novosti daily reported. The session starts at midday.

Referring to its sources, daily further reports that Goran Rakic, current mayor of Mitrovica/Mitrovice North municipality would become the new Chair of the Civic Initiative Srpska Lista.

According to the unofficial information, current chair of Srpska Lista, Slavko Simic would become Deputy Speaker of the Kosovo Assembly.

During the previous government, Slavisa Petrovic, leader of the Autonomous Liberal Party (SLS) was holding this position.

Meanwhile, KosSev reported, following the end of the session that Goran Rakic as of today chairs Srpska Lista. Secretary General of the party is Zoran Mojsilovic, future MP member and a member of the Municipal Assembly of Mitrovica/Mitrovice North.

Also, members of the presidency board were elected, KosSev further reported.

In addition to Goran Rakic, members include Slavko Simic, outgoing Kosovo Minister of Local Self-governance and Administration, Ivan Todosijevic, outgoing Kosovo Minister for Communities and Return, Dalibor Jeftic, Mayor of Zubin Potok Municipality, Stevan Vulovic, member of Mitrovica/Mitrovice North Municipal Assembly and director of the Public Health Institute, Milovan Krivokapic, future Kosovo MP member, Srdjan Mitrovic and Srpska Lista candidates who did not win sufficient number of votes to become MPs, Sasa Milosevic and Srdjan Popovic.
