Spahiu: The first time about a compromise in front of the Kosovo Serbs (KIM radio)
Although Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on the eve of the visit to Kosovo, announced a historic speech, he said nothing new, says the analyst from Mitrovica Nexhmedin Spahiu to the RTV KiM.
Spahiu, in a statement to RTV Kim, says that President Vucic's visit was organized "within the framework of the upcoming compromise between Belgrade and Pristina" and that "a campaign is being conducted so that the public in Kosovo and Serbia agrees to the already agreed between him and Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and relevant international interlocutors. "
He notes that it is not yet known what the agreement is, but that it will eventually be known.
Spahiu recalls that, although Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced a historic speech, he did not say any news.
"He started long time ago the talk about this agreement with the Albanians, a compromise with the Albanians ... It's new that it was for the first time said in front of the Kosovo Serbs, not on television. I did not see that he said some other news," Spahiu said, adding that he believes that Vucic's ban to visit the village of Banja near Srbica, is the result of his agreement with Thaci.
"I suspect that this is an agreement between him and Hashim Thaci in Brussels. The very fact that the day before the visit, he did not meet with Hashim Thaci in Brussels, raises doubts that the two of them met, but agreed to say that there was no meeting. All this ban and barricades have already been agreed between them in Brussels," concludes Spahiu.
