Hilmi Kelmendi released by Serbian authorities (Koha.net)

Serbian authorities have released from prison Hilmi Kelmendi, from Kosovo, who was arrested last Friday in Belgrade.

His lawyer, Sead Spahović, confirmed Kelmendi’s release for KTV.

Kelmendi is currently concluding routine procedures and he is expected to leave the prison in two hours. Head of Kosovo’s Liaison Office in Belgrade, Valdet Sadiku, will be waiting for him at the detention center.

The next round of negotiations 16 and 17 November (Kontakt plus radio, Danas)

A new round of the Brussels negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina will be held on 16 and 17 November, Danas unofficially learns from diplomatic sources.

The interlocutors of the daily Danas say that the main topics of discussion will be freedom of movement and the implementation of previously reached agreement on "permanent facilities, in connection to the integrated management of crossings."
