What does the draft Conclusions of the EU Council of Ministers contain? (Vecernje Novosti)

Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti reports that a comprehensive legally binding agreement between Belgrade and Pristina should cover all outstanding issues in line with international law and EU acquis and contribute to regional stability.

Thaci: Dialogue with Serbia facilitating freedom of movement (RTK)

President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, said today at the cornerstone-laying ceremony for the crossing point between Kosovo and Serbia in Merdare that Kosovo is strengthening its international standing through taking part in the dialogue with Serbia and that the process will end in mutual recognition. “The laying of this foundation is another testimony that we have pursued the road of dialogue, we pursued the road of building new bridges of cooperation. Kosovo has always respected freedom and movement and this is why we signed the agreement in Brussels,” Thaci said.

Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, said today at the cornerstone-laying ceremony for the crossing point between Kosovo and Serbia in Merdare that the event is a direct result of the dialogue for normalization of relations. “The dialogue has not been easy but it is producing very good results,” Mustafa said.  

The next round of negotiations 16 and 17 November (Kontakt plus radio, Danas)

A new round of the Brussels negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina will be held on 16 and 17 November, Danas unofficially learns from diplomatic sources.

The interlocutors of the daily Danas say that the main topics of discussion will be freedom of movement and the implementation of previously reached agreement on "permanent facilities, in connection to the integrated management of crossings."
