Further European integration of Serbia is impossible until Belgrade and Pristina reach agreement, indicated Serbian experts on international issues. Analyst Dusan Janjic says that Serbia will have to resolve the issues that Germany insists on, including the fulfilment of the Brussels agreement, and adoption of a second framework agreement between Belgrade and Pristina.

Because of strained relations of Washington and Brussels to Moscow, Serbian Government expects additional pressure on Belgrade to join western sanctions against Russia. 

The crash of Malaysian plane, for which West blames Moscow, probably will lead to new sanctions against Russia. UK will already on the today’s session of the council of the EU Foreign Affairs try to convince other European countries to adopt additional measures. Serbia is becoming less able to balance and stay neutral. 

In talks between Serbian and Russian Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vucic and Dmitry Medvedev, held in Moscow, all questions about the "South Stream" were resolved. As Russian media reported, Serbia will have a status of "energy node" in the region.
