Thaci calls inclusion of Kosovo in UNESCO agenda, a procedural victory (Koha.net)

Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hashim Thaci, hailed through a posting on Facebook, inclusion of Kosovo’s membership in the agenda of the UNESCO Executive Council.

“ A few minutes ago, the Executive Board of the UNESCO approved in Paris the final agenda, where the point of Kosovo’s membership, sponsored by 47 states, was included. It is a small procedural victory but it is important because now we can focus on voting next week,” Thaci wrote.

Simic refutes Stojanovic’s claims (Tanjug)

The Serbian List caucus whip in the Kosovo parliament Slavko Simic rejected today as untruthful claims of Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic that they have joined the opposition in its boycott of the work of the Kosovo parliament, and said that discussion over the Association/Community of Serb municipalities was not on the parliament’s agenda.

President of the Serbian List Aleksandar Jablanovic announced last evening that Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic was not appointed for the coordinator of the Serbian List, nor such request has been sent by anybody to the Serbian list.

Jablanovic in a release stated that the right to give statement on behalf of the Serbian list have the President of the Serbian List, head of parliamentary group, deputies and representatives of the List in the government of Kosovo.

Stojanovic: We do not support the formation of Kosovo army (Kossev)

Serbian list does not support the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) into the army and the attitude of the List remains unchanged.

All discussions about the KSF, that members of the Srpska had with representatives of the Kosovo government, took place in the context of the regular weekly meetings and so members of the government have insisted, on their own initiative, to inform the Srpska representatives about the process - said the Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Branimir Stojanovic.

Serbian list is already divided (RTK2)

After representatives of the Serbian list sent a joint statement, in which they demanded immediate withdrawal of Aleksandar Jablanović from all functions (which was supported by the Serbian government) some analysts said that this actually indicate division within the Serbian list.

Momcilo Trajkovic from the Serbian National Forum believes that dismissal of Jablanović as president of the Serbian list is not surprising and that it means the division within this list.
