The report in question concerns the priorities of EU's common foreign and security policy for 2016.

Maja Kocijancic, spokeswoman for the European Union High Representative Federica Mogherini, told Belgrade-based Beta news agency that the EU constantly calls for the full implementation of agreements reached between Pristina and Belgrade. “Any suggestion that agreements reached between Pristina and Belgrade are being corrected, has nothing to do with the reality and is misinformation,” Kocijancic said in response to statements by Serbian officials that the unilateral correction of agreements would be unacceptable.

He points out that message of Serbia to all European officials is clear and that it does not accept unilateral changing of the agreement reached.

Federica Mogherini, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, said on Thursday that the EU guarantees the implementation of the agreements between Kosovo and Serbia. During a visit to Belgrade, Mogherini said talks between Serbia and the EU on chapters 32 and 35 can commence in mid-December.
