The establishment of the Community/Association of Serbian Municipalities (ZSO) is an imperative for a success in the further normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina, Director of the Office for KiM Marko Djuric said on Tuesday, adding that Belgrade would impose additional pressure and that it would step up diplomatic activity to make it happen in 2016.

China not to change its stance on Kosovo (Press, Vecernje Novosti)

Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Serbia Li Manchang said the Chinese government maintains its stance not to recognize Kosovo's independence.

"I know that more than 100 countries have recognized Kosovo's independence, but the Chinese government maintains its stance and does not intend to change it," said Li for Novosti.

According to him, China has a lot of understanding for Serbia's position on Kosovo, and the UNSC resolution 1244 is the base for solving this issue.

Germany will not set new requirements for Serbia (Press,Tanjug)

BELGRADE - Germany is not setting new requirements for Serbia's EU integration, member of the Bundestag Josip Juratovic has said, adding that the agreements signed by the EU are well thought out and are not changes according to anyone's whim.

Germany is a partner that can always be counted on to make the maximum effort to implement whatever has been agreed, Juratovic told the Blic daily from Belgrade, adding that all the requirements had been known for a long time and were the same as for Slovenia and Croatia.
