Traditionally friendly relations of Serbia and Union of Comoros (Serbian Government, media)

Serbian Minister of Labor Zoran Djordjevic as an envoy of President Aleksandar Vucic has attended the swearing-in ceremony of the re-elected President of the Union of Comoros Azali Assoumani. He was accompanied by Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Nairobi Dragan Zupanjevac.

On that occasion, on behalf of President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic and in his personal name, Djordjevic extended the most heartfelt congratulations to the re-elected President of the Union Comoros, Serbian Government said in a press statement.

Russia on dialogue in Brussels (Tanjug)

Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Lavrov said the EU efforts to mediate between Belgrade and Pristina have failed and that the USA is forcing creation of Kosovo army, Tanjug news agency reports today.

It is obvious the EU efforts have failed, because Pristina rejected to implement all the agreements reached so far,” Lavrov said. Russian Minister added he thinks foremost to the Community of Serb Municipalities.

10th country revokes recognitition of Kosovo (B92)

Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic announced on Wednesday that he expected another country to withdraw its recognition of Kosovo.

B92 later learned, and it has in the meantime been confirmed, that recognition of the unilaterally proclaimed independence of Kosovo has been withdrawn by the Union of the Comoros - a small island state in the Indian Ocean that recognized Kosovo in 20009.

Previously, Dacic said that Pristina is describing the withdrawals of Kosovo's recognition as lies and defamation, because it "hurts."
