Kosovo’s Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, Ferid Agani, met with head of the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) Farid Zarif.  Agani thanked Zarif for the ongoing cooperation and support that UNMIK has given to the processes in Kosovo, and "assured him that his ministry will continue to cooperate with UNMIK, relying on the new reality in Kosovo created after the declaration of Kosovo’s independence." Zarif, congratulated Agani on his new post, and said that UNMIK will continue to cooperate and give its contribution in the fields dealing with this ministry.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa met today with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General (SRSG) and head of the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), Farid Zarif, all media report. Zarif said that UNMIK will cooperate with the new government of Kosovo and will implement a pragmatic and constructive approach.

The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Madam Atifete Jahjaga, received today the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General for Kosovo, Mr. Farid Zarif and his associates, with whom she discussed about the current developments in Kosovo on the verge of holding the next meeting of the quarterly evaluation of the situation in Kosovo in the UN Security Council, appointed on 13 November.
