The Kosovo Court of Appeal reduced the sentence from 13 to 11 years in prison to Slobodan Gavrić (47) from Belgrade for the offense of preparing terrorist acts or crimes against the constitutional order and security of Kosovo, says the judgment.
Gavrić was convicted on 24 December 2014, because in his car was found 13 kilograms of explosives.
One of the highest-profile trials of recent years in Kosovo has ended on June 29 in a 13-year jail term for Slobodan Gavric, a Serbian veterinarian found guilty of planning a terrorist act in Kosovo.
The process, which started with Gavric’s arrest on December 25, 2014, in Pristina’s Arberia neighbourhood, has left several unanswered questions, however.

A prosecutor told Pristina-based TV station Rrokum that Gavric will remain in detention for another two months. The Special Prosecution of Kosovo is charging Gavric for attempting to execute a terrorist act.
