Mustafa: Opposition actions are not supported by citizens (Telegrafi)

Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Isa Mustafa, said today that the violent and non-democratic  actions of the opposition parties are not supported by the citizens of Kosovo. Speaking about the difficult and sensitive decisions that the government of Kosovo faced this year, such as the establishment of the special court, recent agreements with Serbia and border demarcation with Montenegro, Mustafa said that all these decisions will strengthen the justice system in Kosovo and will promote peace and stability in the region.

PM Mustafa closes Facebook account (Koha)

In a statement to the media, the Office of the Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa announced that due to the online attacks, the Facebook account of PM Mustafa will be deactivated pending increased security measures. During this period, any posting or communication on behalf of Mustafa will be considered as not representing the Prime Minister’s views and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Mustafa remains open to communication with the people through his public information office, the stattement said.

Mustafa: Visa liberalization criteria will be met by November 30 (Telegrafi)

Kosovo Prime Minister, Isa Mustafa, said today that Kosovo’s institutions will fulfil the remaining eight conditions for visa liberalization by November 30. In his address at the government meeting in Pristina today, Mustafa said the European Union has no reason not to set a date for visa liberalization for Kosovo. He also briefed his ministers on the visit of the Kosovo delegation to New York and meetings with several world leaders there.

Eggs thrown at PM Mustafa during a public event (Koha)

Kosovo Police has arrested two Vetevendosje activists for throwing eggs at Prime Minister Isa Mustafa during a visit to Podujevo. After the incident, Mustafa said: "I am not bothered by eggs; what is important is that things are going well". The Vetevendosje Movement issued a media statement confirming the arrest of its activists and said it would continue to prevent the normal functioning of the Kosovo government until it recalls agreements with Serbia.
