Basic Court in Ferizaj / Uroševac sentenced six workers of the Public Company "National Park Šar Planina", which functioned in the system of the Republic of Serbia,  with the conditional sentence of imprisonment and ordered them to pay EUR 150,000   for the offense of devastation of forest.

This morning about 6 am, members of the special units of the Kosovo police "Rosu" in the village Gotovuša searched the family home of a retired member of the Serbian police and station commander in Štrpce/Shtërpce, Mitar Đurđević.

A hunting rifle was found in the house of Đurđević, for which he had proper documentation.

Members of the regional police units from Uroševac/Ferizaj conducted a search of the Economic and Trade School in Štrpce/Shtërpcë and on this occasion found a larger amount of explosives, reports TV Herc.

The search was conducted due to an info which Kosovo police had, said Kosovo police spokesman for the region of Ferizaj/Uroševac Agim Gashi.

Municipal Board of Serbian progressive Party (SNS) in Strpce/Shterpce today reached a unanimous decision to propose Aleksandar Vucic as the President of SNS, because of the policy of reconciliation and sincere fight for the interests of Serbs in Kosovo, the announcement says.

"The policy of unity, the policy of cooperation and reconciliation in the region, a policy of genuine struggle for the interests of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, the best recommends our president Aleksandar Vucic for the position of the President of SNS," said Bratislav Nikolic.

The mayor of Shterpce/Strpce Bratislav Nikolic was charged before the Municipal Court in Ferizaj/Urosevac to have misused his official position by unlawfully increasing the amount of the contract worth a million and a half euros for the construction of residential buildings in the place.

Together with Nikolic was charged and the procurement officer of the municipality of Shterpce/Strpce, Agim Rexhepi, reports the Pristina portal "Kallxo".

The Kosovo Police on Friday arrested four individuals  in Strpce. The arrest was confirmed by KP spokesperson for the Ferizaj/Urosevac region, Agim Gashi.  "Four people were arrested in Strpce on the suspicion of causing general danger, threats and illegal possession of weapons," said Gashi.

Branimir Stojanovic at a session of the Municipal Assembly of Strpce/Shtërpce, discussing master-plan of the new ski centre, pointed out that in the period of 180 days must be provided "additional clarifications and guarantees".

According to the Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, this is a prerequisite for the contract to be binding.
