Ivan Gorbunov, official at the Russian Embassy in Serbia, stated that Moscow’s position on Kosovo remains unchanged and the announcements “which in a provocative manner were attributed to the head of the Russian Embassy in Serbia based in Pristina do not comply with the truth,” reported Serbian media.

The Russian diplomat in Pristina, Andrej Shugurov stated for media in Kosovo that he would prefer exchange of territories between Kosovo and Serbia. “The north to Serbia, the Valley to Kosovo,” he said, expressing his personal opinion.
