The most watched news show on the German TV channel, ARD, Tagesschau,  reported that the head of the Kosovo Government, Hashim Thaci, will be among those accused of war crimes by the Special Court.

“Investigations that lasted for three years cover to a large extent the report of the Swiss senator, Dick Marty, Williamson said. In it, Marty accuses the head of the Kosovo Government, Hashim Thaci for participating in abduction of Serbs”, Tagesschau reported adding that thousands of documents have been reviewed and hundreds of witnesses interviewed in the course of investigations carried out by the EU Special Investigative Task Force (SITF).
