Kosovo Assembly President Kadri Veseli today welcomed the Constitutional Court’s decision on Trepca Law. “I welcome the decision of the Constitutional Court, which confirms that Trepca Law is in compliance with the Constitution. Congratulations to miners and all Kosovo citizens,” Veseli said. The Constitutional Court today rejected the request of the Serbian List for review of the constitutionality of the Trepca Law which was approved a few weeks ago by the Assembly. The Court said that the Trepca Law is constitutional regarding the content and the procedures followed for its approval in the Assembly.
