Kosovo’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Enver Hoxhaj, expressed his concern with regards to the decision of the Colmar Court in France to delay the session for the former Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj.

During the regular plenary session of the Assembly, Hoxhaj said that today’s decision of the Colmar court is disappointing.

“The decision of a French court on Mr. Haradinaj is disappointing and unacceptable. We expected for Mr. Haradinaj to return to Kosovo because there is no reason for him to stay in France. I have talked to Mr. Haradinaj after the decision, and we are in coordination also with the government, on how to approach such an issue. Mr. Haradinaj’s detention is continuance of Serbia policy towards Kosovo,” Hoxhaj said.
