The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said on Tuesday to Kosovo legislators that the issue of the demarcation of the border with Montenegro might be delayed. He reiterated that the border between Kosovo and Montenegro is at Cakor and Kulla. According to Haradinaj, liberalization of visas is a matter which relates to the matter of reforms on law and order, approach to corruption, as well as 22 actions on administrative issues deriving from the SAA reforming agenda.

Leader of the CI SDP Oliver Ivanović said that the influence of the Serbs would be even lesser after the elections in Kosovo. He added that he was not sure that there were individuals in the Serbian List with credibility sufficient for playing a serious role. -The credibility of individuals required for a serious and active role for the Serbs has to be such that they are acknowledged by foreigners and Albanians, as well as the Serb community. Tim Judah: Serbia’s campaign revived Haradinaj politically (Gazeta Metro)

The well-known British journalist and analyst, Tim Judah, analyzed the possibility of new prime ministers in Serbia and Kosovo. He considers that such move could bring new approach at both governments as well as dialogue facilitated by the EU.

The European Parliament Vice-President and  rapporteur for Kosovo, Urlike Lunacek, hailed the decision of the Colmar Court not to extradite Ramush Haradinaj to Serbia. "I am very pleased that the French judiciary today rejected the extradition of the former Kosovo Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, to Serbia, and that he was released with immediate effect.
