Dacic: I am interested to talk to those who recognized Kosovo (RTS, Tanjug)
Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic said he is interested the most to talk with the countries that have recognized unilaterally declared Kosovo independence and to re-examine their decisions, RTS reports today.
“I am very pleased with how these talks are unfolding,” Dacic noted, adding he has said to the representatives of certain countries, having this in mind, soon Pristina and Tirana would be the only ones that recognize Kosovo.
However, Dacic did not want to reveal details how far he has reached in these talks, saying “it is not good to talk about that until things are completed to an end.”
“I never talk about that, but here I have the list of countries that we need to establish contacts with, who sits where, who stays where every day, when they are discussing….We have material for each of these states, and we carry it with us all the time, and we also have maps of all the countries that recognized and of those that have not recognized Kosovo,” Dacic underlined.
Dacic showed the map to the journalists, saying “that everybody should get this map in order to know that Pristina is lying, and to have accurate data on who did and who did not recognize Kosovo.”
Commenting on the presence of Pristina delegation in the UN building, Dacic said they do not have the same passes as UN members, and that they managed to enter by applying though UN Peace Keeping Operations Department and thus received passes, however they cannot enter meeting halls, RTS reported.
