Serbian List: Unfounded warrant, no evidence (KIM radio)
The Serbian List says that announcements of calling for an international arrest warrant have no legal significance but represent a political attack on the deputy leader of the List Milan Radoicic, reports KIM radio.
The Serbian List says that Pristina is not a member of the Interpol, as it is not a member of the UN, therefore cannot call an international warrant, rather UNMIK must do it.
In this case, claims the Serbian List, UNMIK requires the existence of evidence for it, reports the radio.
"That's why announcements on calling for warrants have no legal significance, but they represent a political attack on the deputy leader of the Serbian List Milan Radoicic, who continues to deal with a policy aimed at protecting the Serb people and their right to freedom, peace and development in the territory of Kosovo and Metohija," reads the statement of the Serbian List.
According to the List, ''Pristina's regime is intimidating'', and aims "all the free-thinking Serbs" who, as they say, do not agree to calmly watch "an Albanian boot to trample an innocent people, like the deputy Radoicic."
Serbian list also state that Pristina is trying to divert the attention of public from more than 30 persons from the KLA questioned before the Special Court on crimes against the Serbian and non-Albanian population.
"If Pristina wants to deal with the warrants, then it could respond to requests, concerning many Kosovo Albanian leaders who are already on international warrants. The only thing missing in this story against Mr. Radoicic is evidence. "
