Milunovic and Rajcic expelled from the CI SDP (Kontakt plus radio, KIM radio, KoSSev)
KiM radio reports that the Vice President of the CI SDP Ksenija Bozovic announced on Wednesday that councillors Dusan Milunovic and Igor Rajcic from this initiative can only act as independent councillors as of that day. She explained that they were expelled from the CI SDP because they had violated the Statute of this civil initiative,
''They have violated Articles 7, 14 and 19 of CI SDP Statute - public statements without the consultation of the CI SDP bodies, giving personal opinions without consultation, failing to attend meetings, failing to respond, etc, '' Bozovic told Kontakt plus radio.
The CI SDP councillor Dusan Milunovic, now a former one, said that local issues would continue to be his priority and that he was prepared to bear the consequences if, according to Bozovic, he had violated the statute of the CI SDP.
''We will see that Statute, I am ready to bear the consequences, I will continue to deal with local issues, and I do not want to get into an argument at all,'' Milunovic was brief.
''Honestly, since the day when Ms. Bozovic went into a coalition with the Serbian List, we have distanced ourselves from that decision. No one called us afterwards and we had no contact with anyone, so today this is the first information we received at the session of the North Mitrovica Municipal Assembly. It happened after the speech in which Bozovic supported President Vucic, and after the applause that was so humiliating for her as well. That’s when we got the information that we were excluded from the initiative,'' Milunovic explained to the KoSSev portal.
According to Rajcic and Milunovic, after the assassination of Oliver Ivanovic, they have never allegedly had the opportunity during the meeting of the party bodies to decide who would be the decision maker.
''We never had a meeting where we declared that Ksenija Bozovic had been selected as someone to make decisions on behalf of SDP,'' Milunovic added.
KoSSev contacted Ksenija Bozovic, however, she said that she was unable to talk, and told the portal to 'try reaching her later.
According to the portal, questions were sent related to dismissal of two CI SDP councillors, but no reply has been received thus far.
KoSSev noted that ever since Bozovic joined Serbian List for the upcoming elections, this portal did not receive notices about the sessions of North Mitrovica Municipal Assembly, although Bozovic had done so before.
