Stojanovic: The terms of the coalition agreement remain in force (RTS)
Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo Branimir Stojanovic told RTS that the deal on the functioning of the coalition as well as privatization in Serbian communities influenced a decision of the Srpska representatives to return to the Kosovo institutions.
Branimir Stojanovic said that there were no new conditions, and that it was about the conditions agreed when the coalition agreement was made.
Stojanovic points out that all these conditions remain in force and that had been violated. According to him, it was still a problem for representatives of Albanians to explain to voters that something good happened to the Serbs.
He stated that the priority was solving problems of the Serbs, formation of the Community/Association of Serbian municipalities, solving problems in the judiciary, police...
"It's never been easy and will not be. It is important to create a political climate in the dialogue at the highest level, to relax the atmosphere. We have to prevent incidents, because safety is the most important," says Stojanovic.
"Are we going to find a partner on the other side, we'll see. But there is also the responsibility of the international community," says Stojanovic.
Stojanovic noted that the Law will be passed on Investment, where the mayors will have a greater role in negotiating on investment and privatization of enterprises. He stressed and that there will be a change in the management structure of the Board of the Privatization Agency and that and the Serbs will participate.
