After the summer break today in the Municipal Court in Kosovska Mitrovica will be resumed the trial to Oliver Ivanovic.  Ivanovic is charged with the criminal offense of war crimes against civilians during 1999 and 2000. The trial will resume by the testimonies of prosecution witnesses. So far, in the court proceeding against Ivanovic and another four Serbs, were questioned 47 prosecution witnesses.

SDP leader Oliver Ivanovic is hospitalized on 14 August after deterioration of his health due to the hunger strike, in detention center in Kosovska Mitrovica.

The medical team of the hospital in Mitrovica North confirmed that Ivanovic can stand a trial, but stressed that he needs further hospital care.
