Deputy Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Dušan Kozarev says that Pristina will not be able to avoid the formation of the Community/Association of the Serb municipalities for long.

"We hope that in the coming days when we expect visit of the European officials, that there will be an opportunity to remind Pristina of its homework. Pristina will not be able to avoid long something that is the basis of the first agreement from 2013. Four years since it has been achieved, but the main thing has not started to be implemented," he said.
