Srpska Lista condemned Nataliya Apostolova statement: ZSO will be established as it was signed in Brussels (Tanjug, Vecernje Novosti)

Srpska Lista, condemned in strongest terms late on Friday the statement of the EU Representative in Kosovo, Nataliya Aposotlova, who said “that the Association of the Serb Municipalities would be established in line with the Constitutional Court from Pristina decision,” and added that Srpka Lista will never accept the establishment of the Association if not in line with what was signed in Brussels, Serbian media reported.

“If Apostolova forgot, establishment of the Association of the Serb Municipalities is Pristina’s obligation deriving from Brussels agreement, signed between Belgrade and Pristina, and not based on some decisions of some courts. Srpska Lista and the Serb people will never accept the establishment of the Association if not in line with what the Belgrade negotiation team had signed,” Srpska Lista statement reads. Srpska Lista said it is surprised with the statement of the EU representatives, who should be a neutral intermediary in the negotiation process. “If Apostolova’s statement represents an EU stance, then we are disappointed, as it means that the EU does not honor agreements and they are a guarantee of their implementation,” press statement further said.
