Jahjaga and Demaku also discussed the issue of irregular migration and stressed that the number of people fleeing from Drenas/Glogovac has decreased in the recent weeks.  "The municipality is facing difficulties in the process of economic development that would help in opening of new jobs, but, continuous efforts are being made to create a better environment and climate for business and the attracting of investments from abroad," said Demaku.  Jahjaga also took part in marking the commencement of work on a sewing workshop for women in Drenas/Glogovac and stressed that this workshop is very important project for the economic empowerment of women in this region. This workshop is an initiative of the National Council for the Survivors of Violence,  supported by the British Embassy and USAID.
