Djuric: Political irresponsibility and instability of Vuk Jeremic (Tanjug, Vecernje Novosti)

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director, Marko Djuric reacted to yesterday’s statements by the leader of Peoples’ Party Vuk Jeremic who said Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic plans to cause unrest in the north of Kosovo to have an excuse to make concessions to Pristina, including a seat in the UN, Vecernje Novosti daily reported.

Djuric assessed these claims as a complete political irresponsibility and personal instability of Jeremic, who, according to Djuric with his unscrupulous careerism neglects interests of citizens.

Djuric recalled that Jeremic and his party members in 2011 caused unrest in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, and then for the sake of remaining in power, forsake Serbs in the province, and introduced crossing points similar to that of borders, custom’s stamps and Kosovo personal documents, Vecernje Novosti reported.
