Rada Trajkovic: Radoicic, if he surrenders, could become protected witness (Radio KIM)

Commenting on the media reports that Milan Radoicic has hired a lawyer Zivojin Jokanovic, Rada Trajkovic believes in case he decides to surrender, Radoicic could become a protected witness in the process of resolving the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, Radio KIM reports.

She went on saying there are indications that Radoicic would surrender, and it is shown by a sudden visit of Marko Djuric to the north of Kosovo and “disturbance of Srpska Lista.”

“He (Radoicic) is in a very difficult situation. He has different possibilities, but there is a danger as well, and I think he is not stupid at all, on the contrary,” Rada Trajkovic said, adding “in case he surrenders, he could become a protected witness, and can explain the matter. The legal process is the only legitimate matter that should start and be in the function of justice for Oliver.”

She also expects Srpska Lista would “take away the right of Radoicic to speak as their deputy-chair”.

She also thinks the judicial proceeding on resolving the murder of Oliver Ivanovic could significantly impact the Brussels agreement.

“This process, if it happens and I believe it will, would help us get out cleaner from this difficult time and let Oliver truly rest in peace, if those who have ordered the murder and perpetrators are found.”

She also does not expect the fall of Ramush Haradinaj’s Government, believing the Srpska Lista would return and support the budget proposal, Radio KIM reported.
