Trajkovic: Haradinaj’s silence indicates there were words about murders of Albanians (TV N1)
President of European Serb Movement from Kosovo and Metohija Rada Trajkovic said the fact that Ramush Haradinaj did not speak about the details of the indictment and the hearing before The Hague Special Court indicates that perhaps there were questions related to the murders of Albanians, and this, according to Trajkovic, would negatively affect his rating, TV N1 reports.
Trajkovic said in a statement to FoNet news agency that KLA lead by Ramush Haradinaj and Hashim Thaci as one of its aims had the conflict with the-then Kosovo leader Ibrahim Rugova and his people.
“In Haradinaj’s zone of activity many Albanians, Rugova’s men, were killed,” Trajkovic said according to TV N1, adding that spreading information about that would have a bad echo among the Kosovo Albanians.
Trajkovic also assessed Haradinaj would try to build upon his position as a hero and guardian of the Kosovo interests, he tried to create with his departure to The Hague. She also thinks Haradinaj would try to be an actor in a political game at the upcoming elections, and it remains to be seen if he would succeed in it.
“Albanian voters had enough of Haradinaj and Thaci, had enough of these war options,” Trajkovic concluded.
