EC spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic says the EU expects all agreements reached within the Kosovo dialogue to be implemented "without delay."

The Presidents of Serbia and Kosovo could meet in Brussels late this month before the summer break starts, Belgrade-based daily Politika writes in Monday' edition citing unofficial information.

Presidents Aleksandar Vucic and Hashim Thaci could meet with European Union High Representative Federica Mogherini on or around July 25, the daily reports.

Mogherini’s spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic told Politika that no date has been set for the next high-level meeting.

EU High Representative Federica Mogherini personally reports to the EU member states on the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue at the meetings of the Council of Ministers of the Union, and her team on information about the course of the dialogue gives to the representatives of EU member states and within the various working groups of the EU Council, said Mogherini's spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic.

Belgrade and Pristina conduct a dialogue on normalization of relations, and within it an agreement on forming the Association/Community of Serb-Majority Municipalities should be implemented without further delays, EU Commission Spokesperson Maja Kocijancic told Tanjug news agency, adding that the work on a new phase of a dialogue, necessary for a legally binding agreement commenced in parallel.

The insistence of Maja Kocijancic on the opening of the bridge in Mitrovica  "without delay", as she said, was not based either on what was agreed in Brussels nor on the valid assessment of the situation on the ground, assessed the president of the Serb List Goran Rakic, reports Serbian national broadcaster RTS.

EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic agreed during their March 27 meeting in Belgrade to find new ways for a resumption of work and a peaceful resolution of open issues between Belgrade and Pristina, Maja Kocijancic said on Tuesday.

Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti writes that the implementation of energy agreement is blocked because there is no Community/Association of Serb municipalities (ZSO).

Establishment of the ZSO, energy and opening of the bridge in Mitrovica for the traffic, are the topics discussed by technical teams of Belgrade and Pristina on Monday in Brussels at the beginning of a three-day round of dialogue at the expert level.

The EU expects full implementation of all Belgrade-Pristina dialogue agreements, including the one to establish the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO).

This has been stated by European Commission spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic on the eve of a new round of technical dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina delegations, which begins later in the afternoon in Brussels and will last until Wednesday.
