Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will launch in September  "a state dialogue on Kosovo," something he announced at the start of his presidential mandate. Beta is reporting this today, citing an article in the daily Vecernje Novosti. The newspaper said that Vucic will invite all parliamentary parties to these consultations, as well as representatives of the Serbian Orthodox Church, civil society, the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, and other "relevant social factors."
