Albanians from Petric near Klina blocked access to Holly Trinity Church (Radio Gorazdevac, Radio kontakt plus)

Around 50 Albanians blocked with vehicles access to the Serbian Orthodox Church Holly Trinity in the village of Petric, disallowing displaced Serbs from this village to mark today's holiday, the church is named after, Radio Gorazdevac learned.

High number of Kosovo Police members is also present on the spot.

A group of displaced Serbs from the village was supposed to visit today the remains of a demolished church and a graveyard in the village.

Jevtic: Robberies of Serbs block return, force to departure (Tanjug, RTV)

Frequent thefts of properties in Serb areas over the last couple of months fully stopped return process, and also induce pressure on remaining Serbs to move out from areas affected by such incidents, outgoing Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Communities and Returns Dalibor Jevtic said, Serbian media reported.

Office for KiM condemned new attack against Serb property (Tanjug, RTS)

The latest in a series of attacks against Serb properties in Novo Brdo obviously aims to intimidate the Serb population in this ethnically mixed area, Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija said, Tanjug news agency reported.

The Office statement came as a reaction on a recent theft of two cows owned by Markovic family, in the village of Zebince, Novo Brdo municipality.

Serbian national broadcaster, RTS continues its serial “Pravo na sutra” focusing on usurped Serb properties in Kosovo, featuring some of the cases.

According to RTS, more than a million of land plots in Kosovo and Metohija are usurped. There are assessments saying that more than 35.000 residential units were destroyed. While displaced Serbs from Kosovo wait to repossess their properties, they are being further destroyed and falsely sold.

Several households in Gorazdevac targeted by thieves (Radio Gorazdevac, KIM Radio)

Several households in Gorazdevac were robbed last night, Radio Gorazdevac reported. Police is on the ground, conducting an investigation.

According to Radio Gorazdevac a vehicle, agricultural machinery and valuable household items are stolen.

This is yet another in a series of burglaries affecting this village and disturbing the village inhabitants, Radio Gorazdevac said.

House in Odanovce village, Kamenica municipality stoned (KIM Radio)

House of Dejan Dimitrijevic, in the village of Odanovce, Kamenica municipality was stoned on Sunday evening around 21.30 hrs KIM Radio reports today. No injuries reported, however material damages are caused.

Dejan Dimitrijevic told RTV KIM that apart from his family, his sister and her family as well as friends with three children were in the house at the moment of attack.

Vasic: Arrested Serb returnee placed under house arrest (Kontakt plus radio, KIM Radio)

A lawyer, Dejan A. Vasic told Kontakt plus radio arrested Serb returnee, Milorad Zajic from Klina was placed under house arrest. He is charged with allegedly committing a war crime during the conflict in Kosovo.

“Milorad Zajic would defend himself against false charges that he has committed a war crime from the house arrest,” Vlajic said.

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Communities and Returns Dalibor Jevtic said yesterday that arrests of returnees without solid evidence are unacceptable.

Serb attacked and beaten in Dragoljevac, Istok municipality (Bravo Radio, TV Most, KIM Radio)

Blagoje Zuvic, a Serb returnee from the village of Dragoljevac, in Istok municipality was attacked today, municipal community official Vesna Malikovic told Bravo Radio, TV Most reported.

According to Bravo Radio, Zuvic was attacked by his first neighbour, an Albanian. First a verbal dispute occurred and then Zuvic was physically assaulted and beaten.

“The case is reported to the police, and Zuvic is in a police station now giving a statement,” Malikovic further said.

Burglaries and thefts in Stanisor village (KIM Radio, RTV Puls)

Inhabitants of Stanisor village, Novo Brdo municipality, reported to the police, early this morning that eight burglaries and thefts occurred in the village, KIM Radio reported.

According to KIM Radio, three vehicles and professional music instruments were stolen, while in four burglaries nothing was stolen.

Inhabitants from the village found two stolen vehicles that stayed without fuel, while the search for the third one continues. The police conducted investigation this morning.

Problems in Ugljare village, lack of security and selling of properties (KIM Radio)

Security, selling of houses and properties, unemployment and bad infrastructure are the biggest problems in the village of Ugljare, nearby Kosovo Polje, inhabitants from the village said during the meeting with Gracanica mayor Srdjan Popovic, KIM Radio reports.

Mayor Srdjan Popovic paid a visit to this village to see how the situation is, following inscription of offensive graffiti on a school wall some time ago.

Nenad Joksimovic, village inhabitant said security is the main problem in this village.
